Bin No. 18 Chef/Owner Alfredo Patino, along with Sarah Noble of Selected Brands Inc., and Chris Montelius of Fresh Beer Inc, will be presenting a gourmet four-course experience that will feature hand selected craft beers and wines specifically paired for each course in a challenge for culinary superiority.
The “Beer vs. Wine” Dinner will begin with a welcome reception, followed by expert commentary and full descriptions of the beers and wines (4oz each) provided along with each course.
Guests will vote for their choice of the best pairing at the end of each course.
At the end of the night, votes will be tallied and the victor will be announced!
First Course

Fourth Course
Vanilla Crème Brule with Caramelize Figs
Wine: Trentadue Chocolate Amore
Beer: Olde School, Barley Wine
